We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. Please check pincode availability at checkout.
2. Processing Time
Orders placed before 2 PM IST are processed the same business day
Orders placed after 2 PM or on Sundays/holidays are processed the next business day

7. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to:
Incorrect address
Recipient unavailable
Refusal to accept package

Attempt redelivery once
Contact you for alternative arrangements
Process refund if undeliverable (minus shipping fees)
