1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 2 days of delivery for:
✔ Unused, unopened products in original packaging
✔ Products with manufacturing defects
✔ Wrong items shipped by us

Non-returnable Items:
❌ Intimate hygiene products
❌ Opened skincare/haircare products
❌ Products damaged by improper use

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery:

  3. Pack items securely with original packaging

  4. Ship to our return address (customer pays return shipping)

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive & inspect returned items

  • Refund method:

    • Original payment mode (credit card, UPI etc.)

    • Store credit (if requested)

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective products

  • Wrong items shipped

  • Size/color exchanges (subject to availability)

5. Damaged/Missing Items

If you receive:

  • Damaged package

  • Wrong item

  • Missing items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
