4. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship across India via trusted courier partners (Delhivery, FedEx, etc.).
- Delivery times: 3-7 business days (subject to location & logistics).
- Tracking details will be shared via SMS/email.
5. Returns & Refunds
Eligibility:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Process:

- Ship the product back (customer bears return shipping costs).
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.
Note:
❌ Non-returnable items: Intimate products, opened cosmetics.
